This innovative tool empowers all employees to recognize and celebrate their colleagues who exemplify our core values: Trust, Support, and Initiative.
Employees can express appreciation by selecting a specific individual they’d like to praise. They then identify the value or behaviour demonstrated by that person and provide a brief description of the situation. Once submitted, this information triggers a notification to all staff, announcing their colleague’s commendable actions.
Sam Wettig, aka - Samwise Gamgee, has taken on the role of Professional Services Manager and will be leading the Project Team. Sam has been with us for over seven years and excelled as a Project Engineer, consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. He understands what it takes to succeed in project delivery.
Additionally, Aaron Hickey has been elevated to Senior Systems and Security Engineer. Aaron's role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining security practices while ensuring we adhere to industry standards. Despite his relatively short tenure with us, Aaron has demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism, making him a valuable part of our team.
