Fun fact about you?

I enjoy listening to podcasts especially murder mystery podcasts. I often obsessively research about historical facts and events.

Favourite thing to do in your off time?

I like both food and driving. You’ll often find me either whipping up my favorite dishes in the kitchen or hitting the road to discover the best restaurants that serve them. It’s always an adventure, whether I’m perfecting a recipe or exploring new culinary delights!

What is your current role at alltasksIT?

Sevice Desk Technician

What is your favourite thing about your job?

One of the things I love most is the variety of challenges I encounter daily. From troubleshooting technical issues to helping users understand new software, there’s always something new to learn and solve. This keeps the job interesting and helps me continuously improve my skills.

I also really enjoy the interaction with people. It’s rewarding to assist colleagues and customers, making their day a bit easier by resolving their tech problems. Seeing the immediate impact of my work and knowing I’m making a difference is incredibly satisfying.

Any special skills?

Art and Painting has been my creative outlet for many years. I’ve been painting and learning professionally since I was 5 years old. I specialised in oil painting for six of those years.

Favourite piece of tech and why?

Bluetooth is definitely one of my favorite pieces of tech! It solves the daily hassle of dealing with messy cables and plays a crucial role in the new and upcoming IoT solutions that everyone is adopting. I also have fond memories of exchanging songs and videos over Bluetooth back in the day, before streaming services like Spotify made it so easy to access music and videos. It was such a fun way to share media with friends!
